Sparks
Randy has a passion for missions in Nicaragua and coaching leaders. He is President of Sparks Insurance Knoxville ,and also enjoys land development and building vacation properties. On Mondays he leads a men's bible study at Harvest Creek Retreat.
Debra Sparks
Debra loves creating warm, welcoming, and inspiring environments. She enjoys hospitality, event planning, vacation rental management, and also co-leads the prayer ministry at Northstar Church.
Jakeb Smith
Jake loves growing ghost and habanero peppers. He helps all over the farm and is always ready to help guests when needed. Jake also has a passion for music and will be releasing his first album late 2024.
